Ingredients:
1. Rice - 2 Cups
2. Grated coconut - 1 1/2 Cups
3. Green Chillies - 4(more or less depending on your taste)
4. Curry leaf - Small qty
5. Ginger - Small qty(cut in to 1 inch pieces)
6. Channa dhal - 1 tsp
7. Urad dhal - 1 tsp
8. Mustard - 1 tsp
9. Coconut oil - 2 tsp
10. Vegetable oil - 4 tsp
11. Salt - Needed qty
Procedure :
1. First,cook rice. Keep aside.
2. In a pan, add 4 tsp oil and splutter mustard.
3. Now add channa dhal & urad dhal and fry till the colour changes to golden brown.
4. Add cut green chillies, curry leaf and ginger. Fry them for a while.
5. Now,add the grated coconut and salt. Fry the coconut till it turns slight brown in colour.
6. Add the contents in the pan to the cooked rice and mix well.
7. Add 2 tsp coconut oil finally and mix well.
Note: You can use red chillies instead of green chillies.
